It has been a long time since our last newsletter. I am sorry about that. At the same time, I am excited to send this one to you. There is so much to tell you about! God is doing some unique things through FBM! It seems like every day I am reminded of how awesome our God truly is.
I was recently reminded of a passage in John 1 where Philip is speaking to his close friend Nathanael. Philip is telling him about Jesus and Nathanael expresses some skepticism. Philip responds very simply with, “Come and see.” That is how I feel as I write this newsletter. I want to invite you to “Come and see” what God has been doing here at FBM. It is truly amazing.
First, God is bringing more families to FBM. He is allowing us the privilege of serving and caring for them. In this newsletter, I want to introduce them to you. I want to show you their picture and tell you a little bit about them.
A second thing God is doing is giving us a vision for a Missionary House here in Central Florida. Keep reading to learn more about this exciting project.
Finally, I want to give you an update on our Annual Fund. It continues to amaze me to watch God provide. He is using believers and churches from across the country to meet the needs of FBM and our missionaries.
Thank you for your partnership in the Gospel.

Last July, Holly Grant joined the FBM team as our Executive Assistant. She has quickly become an indispensable part of everything we do at FBM. If you contact FBM, you will most likely interact with Holly. She manages our “office” from her home in Kentucky. Holly is married to David, and they have two adult children, Parker (25), who lives in Louisville, and Callie (23), who recently graduated from the University of Louisville. The Grant household also includes Cooper and Piper, two very spoiled dachshund mixes. Holly and David attend Little Flock Baptist Church, where Holly serves in Women’s Ministry, leading Bible studies and building relationships. When she is not working, you might find her baking sourdough or curled up with a good book, though most weekends she is on the road with David as he ministers through music with his Southern Gospel group across Kentucky and northern Tennessee.
Pray for Holly as she serves our FBM Family.

Don Gaull has been a part of FBM for many years. He has volunteered in our office on a weekly basis, helping process the contributions FBM receives in the mail. Earlier this year, Don was asked to formally join the FBM team as an Office Assistant on a part time basis. He serves in our Central Florida office – helping with check processing as well as running local errands as needed. Don is married to Abigail and God has blessed them with two adult sons.
Pray for Don as he serves in our Florida office.

Marc and Joanna Beckley were approved as FBM missionaries in August 2025. God is calling them to serve in Benin, West Africa. They plan to join our team in Benin and help with the Church Planting and Pastoral Training efforts that are already in place. In September, Marc and Joanna Beckley will spend 4 months in Benin on an extended survey trip. While there, they will focus on cultural training, language learning, and ministry preparation. On their return to the US, they hope to finish their support raising and make final prepara-tions for moving to Benin full-time.
Pray for God to provide the additional $3,165 in monthly support Marc and Joanna need.

Russ and Sylvia Daniels are long-time church planting missionaries to Uganda who began serving with FBM in November 2025. After walking through some difficult times, their sending church pastor encouraged them to consider a new mission agency. After many conversations with several pastors and their previous mission agency, we gladly welcomed them to the FBM family. It has been a joy to get to know them and to hear how God has used them in Uganda. They have planted churches, trained nationals, helped nationals start new churches, and are now witnessing an indigenous church planting movement that has grown beyond Uganda’s borders.
Pray for Russ and Sylvia as they seek an additional $2,500 in monthly support.

Bob and Heidi Johnessee were approved as part of the FBM family in February. They spent 18 years in Ohio engaged in Jewish outreach ministries while serving with a different organization. Prior to that, they served for 32 years in the pastorate. The providence of God moved them to the Fort Myers, FL area and they are now looking for new opportunities to minister to the Jewish community. They are excited to see what doors God has opened for them!
Please pray for Bob and Heidi as they transition to FBM, that current supporters will continue with them and that new ministry partners will come alongside them. Pray for God to provide an additional $2,000 in monthly support.

Nathan and Caroline Osborne began serving with FBM in April. They are based at Canaan Land Christian Retreat in Western North Carolina. They have begun a transition process where they will become the Directors of Canaan Land. Nathan has a rich history with Canaan Land, coming as a guest each year of his childhood since he was 7 and spending a few summers as a teen working on building out Canaan Land as it is today. With such a deep connection to its past, he and his family are excited to be an integral part of its future!
Pray for Nathan and Carolina as they host guests this summer and prepare for the next chapter at Canaan Land. Pray that their fundraising efforts this fall will help build long-term stability for the ministry.

Gergo Szimon pastors a Baptist church near Budapest, Hungary. He also leads a ministry in Hungary called M28. Through M28, Gergo travels to a closed-access country to help rescue Christians from slavery. The stories he sharesare overwhelming. We were introduced to Gergo a few months ago when he reached out to ask for our help. After discussions with him and others here in the US, we believe God wants us to partner with him and M28. In August, Gergo will be coming to Florida for about two weeks.
Pray for Gergo as he seeks to raise support for M28.

We love it when our missionaries come visit us in Central Florida. It is our privilege to host them when they come. Usually, since they come for just a few days, we find host homes where they can stay. However, this becomes a challenge when our missionaries want to stay in the area for a week, or sometimes, even longer.
Another challenge is that our FBM family continues to grow! More missionaries means more people visiting Central Florida. These factors have led us pursue purchasing a home in our area that can function as a Mis-sionary Home. We often say, “We Love Missionaries!” This home will help us continue to demonstrate love. It will help us love…
- Missionaries who are support raising in Central Florida
- Missionaries coming to visit the home office
- Missionaries who need a place for rest
- Missionaries on furlough
- Missionaries who need some training from the home office
- Missionary applicants who are coming for meetings/interviews
- Missionaries who simply want to vacation in Central Florida
Lord willing, we will purchase a home near our home office. We will use this home to help us accomplish our mission of “Glorifying God by obeying the Great Commission and Caring for those we serve.” This will be a unique way for us to “care for those we serve”.
Our board has established a financial goal of $469,000 for this project. This goal includes our estimated cost for the house, any renovations that may be needed, completely furnishing the home, one year of expenses (utilities, insurance, etc.) related to the home, and funds for contingencies. Our desire is for this home to be a beautiful place of rest for our FBM family. I invite you to partner with us on this exciting project. Join us in caring for our missionaries!
