Stephen & Nicki Simpson, Executive Director
Stephen is a native Floridian. After his graduation from Bob Jones University, he joined the staff of Faith Baptist Church (Winter Haven, FL) in 2003. He served the church in various roles and has assisted with FBM since its beginning. He began serving as the Executive Director of FBM on January 1, 2019. He has a passion for serving missionaries and their churches. Stephen is married to Nicki and they have four children: Abigail, Esther, Josiah, and Ruth.
Chris & Diane Marine, Director of Missionary Care
Chris & Diane Marine joined Evangelical Baptist Mission in July 1989. They served one year in Tombouctou, Mali, and were then asked to fill the role of dorm parents at a school for missionary children in the Ivory Coast. In 2001 they accepted the position of West Africa Regional Coordinators and in 2003 relocated to Niamey, Niger. In 2011 Chris & Diane along with the majority of the EBM West Africa Team joined Faith Baptist Mission. Chris and Diane continued as Regional Coordinators, a pastoral ministry to the FBM missionary family. In November 2017, Chris and Diane joined the leadership team of Faith Baptist Mission as Director of Missionary Care. Chris and Diane have two adult children. Their daughter Amy and her husband Joseph Marshall serve with FBM in Benin. Their son Lance and his wife Carissa live in Sebring, FL. Chris and Diane have 7 grandchildren.
Bekka Olandt, Office Manager
Though she claimed she’d never leave the northeast after growing up at the beach in New Jersey, Bekka has spent her years with open hands, learning to grow in trust of the Lord at every turn. After graduating college, God opened the door to missions, using a passion for math and education to support missionary families and Bekka moved to Budapest Hungary. After serving for 8 years Bekka relocated to Florida in the summer of 2022. From the classroom of an international school to the home office of Faith Baptist Mission, Bekka has a passion for supporting missionaries and their work across the globe! To her enjoyment, this often includes deep conversations, great coffee, and the beautiful outdoors.
