Stephen & Nicki Simpson, Executive Director
Stephen is a native Floridian. After his graduation from Bob Jones University, he joined the staff of Faith Baptist Church (Winter Haven, FL) in 2003. He served the church in various roles and has assisted with FBM since its beginning. He began serving as the Executive Director of FBM on January 1, 2019. He has a passion for serving missionaries and their churches. Stephen is married to Nicki and they have four children: Abigail, Esther, Josiah, and Ruth.
Rob & Jackie Ernst, Director of Member Care
Rob and his wife Jackie served as missionaries in Australia for 20 years, where they planted Cornerstone Baptist Church and Rob worked as a school chaplain. In 2023, they returned to the US as the church transitioned to local leadership. Rob now serves with FBM on the Member Care and Church Relations teams, encouraging missionaries and pastors through prayer, counsel, and support.
Nate & Jill Osborne, Director of Recruiting
Nate brings nearly 35 years of pastoral ministry experience to FBM. He pastored First Baptist Church of Hollisterville, PA, and later served for 25 years at Faith Baptist Church in Winter Haven, FL. After retiring in 2020, Nate and his wife Jill relocated to North Carolina. He joined FBM in 2024, serving on the Member Care and Church Relations teams, where he encourages missionaries and pastors. Nate and Jill are currently raising support as they continue this ministry.
